Our expert chef proposes a traditional cuisine which reflects the typical way of life of the last century’s Maremma. At that rural time sitting at the table was the staple and the centre of family life and conviviality. It was a place in which you could discuss about business, celebrate events and of course it was the place where the day ended.

Our chef offers a wide and accurate variety of fresh and local ingredients. We are used to call it a “Borghese di campagna” cooking, that is to say a cuisine that is typical of the rural area, but that presents some refined features.

We have decided to reinterpret it in a way to include delightful moment of conviviality in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In doing this we have not alterated its original philosophy encompassed in our traditional dishes.

Our restaurant is always careful in trying to suit our customers’ needs and tastes, and is willing to meet every further requirements.
Thanks to his sense of curiosity and experimentation, our chef is now using lavander flowers to cook some particular dishes, resulting in almost unique excellences to delight our guests.

Hotel Sant’Uberto provides you with two magnificent locations to celebrate your outdoor retreats or private ceremonies. The setting is delightful and the presence of men is just lightly perceived, so that you can experience an overwhelming contact with nature.

Round the swimming pool we can provide you with “isles”, appetizers and drinks for your buffet. Everything will be organised for you in a unique and confortable setting, with a capacity of 100 people. 
In the garden area a pagoda will allow the setting to be extremely charming, making the ambience unforgettable to 150 people. 
Moreover our restaurant has a total seating capacity of 100, and the same is for our meeting room.

In the heart of the Maremma area, surrounded by the typical colours and scents from the woods, Hotel Sant’Uberto is the right location to organise your corporate meetings, events and conventions. You can experience the stillness and the vastity of the countryside, but just half an hour drive from Grosseto and Siena.

Our meeting room is equipped with every technological and up-to-date audio and video devices to support you in organising your conventions: wireless connection, screens, boards and projectors.

We can also supply you with brunch and coffee break, to serve anything from the simplest corporate meeting to the more crowded convention or show-room, up to a maximum capacity of 90 people.
The room is placed on the groundfloor and it enjoys the brightness of natural light. You will also be able to upload and download all the material you will need in order to proceed with your meeting.
